1. Expertly built, simple assembly

Our enclosures are expertly manufactured by our team of professional aluminium fabricators. Our flat pack design enables us to ship you your high quality enclosure all over Australia! Built as complete panel sections that are fully welded and only require them to be screwed together to form a strong, rigid enclosure. 

Other suppliers of Pool Pump Enclosures offer units that require the end user to insert all of the slats and spacers, screw them all together and essentially build it from scratch. Not the case with ours! Assembly is simple and can be completed with minimal tools and basic experience. Simply follow our detailed instructions provided in our hardware pack with all the hardware, struts, latches and fasteners included as part of your order!  

All of our enclosures are meticulously welded and fully pre-assembled at our factory prior to powder coating, so you can have total confidence that your new unit will fit together perfectly!

2. High Quality Finishing and Fittings

Our Integral CNC built Pool Pump Covers are provided with only the highest quality struts, hinges, latches and fasteners.

We exclusively use durable D&D Technology Fittings such as; MAGNALATCH^® Side Pull Lockable Latches and KwikFit™ Hinges - no cheap and nasty mild steel hinges!

Stainless spring latches, stainless screws and high quality gas struts are all included in the package.

We offer the full range of Colorbond colours on the website with other colours available on request!

Our pool pump covers will add value to your property and further enhance the look of your entertainment area. Colour-matched powder-coated aluminium, welded for strength and available in the full range of Colorbond colours as well as custom colours to suit your theme. 

Our aluminium pool pump sheds are custom made at our factory on the Sunshine Coast. We use the best quality hardware and our pool pump enclosures are flat packed, majority assembled and delivered throughout Australia.

Simple DIY installation.  Only requires basic tools and general handyman skills to assemble.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY CLICK HERE

Assembly is simple:

1. The side panels feature a welded frame and are one piece.

2. A front and rear top rail fixes to each side panel. 

3. The doors are also fully welded and one piece.  These are mounted to the side panels.

4. Hinge holes are pre drilled so simply screw the hinges in position.

5. The lid is one piece, fully welded and ready to attach to the top (again hinge holes are pre-drilled). 

6. The back panel is one piece and simply screws to the rear posts.

7. All that is required now is to bolt the feet plates to the concrete slab or screw to a timber base or deck.

Delivery:

We specialise in supplying the South-East QLD area, such as Gympie, the Sunshine Coast and Noosa, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We also supply Northern NSW, Tweed Heads, Newcastle, Sydney Metro, Canberra and Melbourne Metro. We deliver Australia wide - fixed rates are calculated based on state and destination. 

All of our units are shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped and cardboard protected for safe transit. 

We'll notify your prior to shipping so you'll know exactly when to expect your order.

We manufacture and distribute pool pump enclosure covers throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Queensland, Tweed Coast, Northern NSW, Sydney Metro, Victoria Metro and all of Australia. Our typical manufacturing time is around 4 weeks and powder-coating time is approximately 2 weeks. Allow approx 6 weeks for completion.
